While leading the design function at Netcore, here is a small case study of how I implemented Airtable to be the central place for collaboration, tracking, and management of all design activities for the organization. Not only it helped in establishing transparency but also made the process faster and more seamless which eventually lead to satisfied designers and more satisfied stakeholders.
